Welcome to cocokids, a multivendor kids eCommerce marketplace where multiple sellers list and sell their products. By

accessing or using our website/app, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use cocokids.

You agree to provide accurate account information.

cocokids reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of policies.

2. Marketplace Role

cocokids acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.

Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, product quality, and fulfillment.

Packly facilitates order management, payments, and logistics support but is not the direct seller unless specified.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines: Inside Dhaka – 1 working days, Outside Dhaka – 2-3 working days.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy].

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days (depending on payment method).

5. Intellectual Property

All cocokids content (logos, graphics, UI, etc.) is owned by cocokids.

Sellers retain rights over their product images and descriptions but grant cocokids usage rights for display.

6. Limitation of Liability

cocokids is not responsible for damages caused by third-party sellers.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law

•These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

শর্তাবলী – কোকোকিডস

কোকোকিডস-এ স্বাগতম, একটি মাল্টিভেন্ডর কিডস ই-কমার্স মার্কেটপ্লেস যেখানে একাধিক বিক্রেতা তাদের পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত করে এবং

বিক্রি করে। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট/অ্যাপ অ্যাক্সেস করে বা ব্যবহার করে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।

১. প্ল্যাটফর্মের ব্যবহার

কোকোকিডস ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।

আপনি সঠিক অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য প্রদান করতে সম্মত হন।

কোকোকিডস অপব্যবহার, জালিয়াতি বা নীতি লঙ্ঘনের জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

২. মার্কেটপ্লেস ভূমিকা

কোকোকিডস ক্রেতা এবং বিক্রেতাদের সংযোগকারী প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করে।

বিক্রেতারা তালিকাভুক্তির নির্ভুলতা, পণ্যের গুণমান এবং পরিপূর্ণতার জন্য দায়ী।

প্যাকলি অর্ডার ব্যবস্থাপনা, অর্থপ্রদান এবং লজিস্টিক সহায়তা প্রদান করে তবে নির্দিষ্ট না করা পর্যন্ত সরাসরি বিক্রেতা নয়।

৩. অর্ডার এবং অর্থপ্রদান

সফল অর্থপ্রদান বা সিওডি নিশ্চিতকরণের পরেই অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা হয়।

মূল্য প্রযোজ্য কর সহ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে যদি না অন্যথায় বলা হয়।

ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা: ঢাকার ভিতরে - ১ কার্যদিবস, ঢাকার বাইরে - ২-৩ কার্যদিবস।

৪. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড

রিটার্ন আমাদের [রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি] দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হয়।

রিফান্ড ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে (পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভর করে) প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

৫. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি

কোকোকিডসের সমস্ত সামগ্রী (লোগো, গ্রাফিক্স, UI, ইত্যাদি) কোকোকিডসের মালিকানাধীন।

বিক্রেতারা তাদের পণ্যের ছবি এবং বর্ণনার উপর অধিকার রাখেন কিন্তু প্রদর্শনের জন্য কোকোকিডস ব্যবহারের অধিকার প্রদান করেন।

৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিক্রেতাদের দ্বারা সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য কোকোকিডস দায়ী নয়।

আমাদের দায়বদ্ধতা ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের মূল্যের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।

৭. পরিচালনা আইন

• এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত।
